Returns Refund and Exchange Policy

Cancellations:We don’t appreciate cancellations andwill only be initiated if we receive a cancellation request email within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
Returns: Returns are liability on usand wehave a 3 days return policy. After3 days of the deliveryof yourorder,we won’t be in a position to process your return or refund or exchange request
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
  • In case you have received a product that is different than what you had ordered. You need to notify us by email within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)
  • If the product is delivered to you in damaged condition then you can email us directly regarding the same within 24 hours. Attach photographs taken while receiving the product.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. You will also get a confirmation email regarding rejection or approval of your refund.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and it has been more than 15 days and you have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at
Free Gift/ Discounted items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, free gift /discounteditems cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at You can also opt to exchange with our other product with applicable processing and delivery fee.
